Empowering girls & listening carefully

Empowering girls means asking them what they think, worry, and care about; what they need; what they wish was different; and what they want from us -- and then to carefully listen.

What is on their minds isn’t always easy to hear. It is sobering and concerning-- but more importantly, it guides us and deepens our commitment to provide them every opportunity to grow strong, confident, healthy, and successful.

Your partnership in empowering the next generation of girls is meaningful, deeply appreciated, and much needed. With your help, we are bringing in additional resources to help girls learn about their physical and emotional wellness, how to create healthy relationships, and to advocate for themselves, all while building a positive peer network and being mentored by caring role models who are steadily there for them.
